A documentary-style case study film created for RNIB to highlight the life-changing impact of Eye Clinic Liaison Officers (ECLOs) through authentic, first-hand storytelling.
Built around Freda’s personal experience of sight loss, the film combines sensitive documentary filmmaking with carefully observed supporting footage to create an honest and compelling narrative. By placing lived experience at the centre of the story, the film demonstrates the practical and emotional support provided by RNIB at a critical moment in a person’s journey.
Our production approach prioritised accessibility, trust, and participant wellbeing throughout. Production was carefully tailored to Freda’s needs, creating a comfortable environment that allowed her story to unfold naturally and authentically.
The result is a powerful impact film that brings RNIB’s work to life through genuine human experience – helping communicate the value of the service while creating a meaningful connection with audiences, stakeholders, and potential supporters.
