A social-first content campaign created to showcase the life-changing impact of The Ladder Foundation through authentic, participant-led storytelling.

Built around a series of personal stories, the campaign highlights the experiences, ambitions, and achievements of young people supported by the foundation. Combining documentary-style interviews with carefully captured supporting footage, each film was designed to feel honest, relatable, and optimised for social audiences.

Working closely with the charity, we created a suite of platform-native assets tailored for social media, enabling individual stories to be shared across multiple channels and formats. Every film was edited with audience retention in mind, using concise storytelling, social-first pacing, captions, and platform-specific framing to maximise engagement and accessibility.
